A valid phone number and email address are required for appointment confirmation and reminders. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a non-refundable charge.

3. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is listed on our website or communicated during consultation and is subject to change without notice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or other approved options provided during booking.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to arrive on time. A $20 late fee will apply if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and your appointment may be canceled if excessively delayed. Please communicate any preferences or concerns at the time of booking or before your appointment.

5. Service Guarantee
We are committed to delivering excellent service and professional care. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address and resolve your concerns appropriately.

6. Liability
Salon X Change is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injury, or damage resulting from our services or products. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk and that Salon X Change is not liable for complications caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed sensitivities.
